Refund policy

Online Returns

If your order is unsuitable it may be returned for a refund or e-voucher, provided that items are returned within 14 days from date of delivery, in original packaging and condition. Returns are at your expense. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery and we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or delayed in the post, please ensure you use a secure method of return. A refund receipt will be emailed to you once the refund has been processed. Online purchases may be exchanged instore for items of equal or greater value.

There is no return on jewelry.

If your return is received outside the 14 day return period, an e-voucher will be issued in place of a cash refund. There are no refunds or exchanges after the 28 day period.

Any refunds for online or telephone orders will be credited via the original purchase method. Please allow 3 working days for transactions to appear on your statement.​​​
