Online Returns

If your order is unsuitable it may be returned for a refund or e-voucher, provided that:

Eligibility

  • Items are returned within 14 days from date of delivery
  • Items are in original packaging and condition

Shipping & Postage

Returns are at the buyers expense. Freight cost is not refundable. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery and we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or delayed in the post. Please ensure you use a secure method of return.

In-Store Returns

Please note: For web sales returned in store, refunds will not be issued until the shoes have been received by Head Office and assessed by our online staff. A refund receipt will be emailed to you once the refund has been processed.

Return Timeframes

If your return is received outside the 14 day return period, an e-voucher will be issued in place of a cash refund. There are no refunds or exchanges after the 28 day period.

Refunds

Any refunds for online or telephone orders will be credited via the original purchase method. Please allow 5 working days for transactions to appear on your statement.
